Covid Guidelines for In-Person Events

During the current surge in Covid 19 cases we are continuing to take precautions to keep all of our Beth Israel community safe.  Our Covid Response Team met recently and determined that until the positivity rate for Covid drops back below 3% in the state of Maine, it is not advisable for Hebrew School students and teachers to meet in-person, indoors.  For now, we will offer Hebrew School and Shabbat services via Zoom and hope that we can return to in-person learning in the not too distant future.
